Many women feel these symptoms every now and then. The feeling sucks!! But here are some tips, these will make easy for you to shoo away a fat day.

The following tips will make you feel good as well as look good-

Recite a Feel-Good Mantra-

Most of the time this “fat” feeling is just in your head and not on your hips! Just stop thinking on how fat you look. Look for a chant that you can recite anytime you feel sulky. Say this to yourself, “I am sexy and beautiful”, “I feel so good today” and so on. Even if you feel depress, don’t stop chanting these lines. Say it out aloud and the unpleasant feeling will leave you in no time.

Smash the Mirror-

If this idea sounds too harsh and brutal, then hide your mirror somewhere away. The more you keep staring at yourself, the more you will feel depressed. Another golden tip– Hide away your weighing scale too.

Shop-

Women love shopping! It is the ultimate pleasure for many of them. Go out and buy something for yourself that you were craving for from so long. Be materialistic for the day.

Do a Good Deed-

Sometimes making others happy, can also make you feel great!! Do good deeds all the day! It can be as simple as complementing someone or helping an old lady to cross the road. This will make others think high of you.

Love Yourself-

Last but not the least, love yourself. Remember, nobody’s perfect, not even you. Keep in mind that you are special in your own way.

Natural face bleach-

Mix 1 full lemon juice with 1 spoon honey and apply it on the face and neck. Leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse of with water. This will bleach your skin naturally.

Lime juice for face, hand and feet-

1 full lime juice with a cup full of whole milk and a tsp of glycerin should be mixed together and let stay for half an hour. Apply this mixture on the face, hands and the feet before going to bed. Repeat this every night if you want to get rid of pimples and scars.

Lemon for dark elbows-

Rub half a lemon to the dark areas of the elbow. Once it dries, rinse it from water. Repeat it twice a week.

For face freshness-

1 lemon juice should be mixed with cold water. Splash this over the face. Massage for a few minutes and then rinse of with water.

Honey with orange juice-

Mix 1 tbsp honey with fuller’s earth and a few drops of orange juice. Apply it liberally over the face. Rinse it off after 10 minutes for instant glow.

For dull and greasy skin-

Mix half tsp lemon juice with 1 tsp cucumber juice. Also add to it a few drops of rose water. Apply it on face and neck for 15 minutes. Rinse with cold water.

For dry skin-

Take an egg yolk and mix with it a few drops of lime and olive oil. Apply it and rinse of when it dries completely.

For beautiful hands-

Mix lemon juice with almond oil and massage it on the hands. Leave on for half an hour and then rinse of with water.

  • Mix crushed garlic and lime juice. Apply all over the scalp and wash after 10-15 minutes.
  • Soak a few neem leaves in hot water, cool and rinse your hair with this water.
  • Apply onion juice all over the hair and wash with shampoo after half an hour.
